Compression Boots in Bondi Junction
Sit back in our recovery lounge while the boots work your legs. Popular after long runs, races and heavy training weeks.
What are compression boots?
Compression boots are air-filled sleeves that zip over your legs. They inflate in sections, squeezing gently from the feet up toward the hips, then release, in a repeating cycle. It's a passive session: you sit, relax, and the boots do the work.
Most people say their legs feel lighter and less heavy afterwards. They're a recovery tool to use alongside sleep, food and smart training, not a replacement for them.
