Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with Bondi Sports Massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Booking Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. However, if you choose to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, this fee will be waived. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee. Waitlist If your preferred time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist. We will notify you if an appointment becomes available. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period; however, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and the full service fee will still apply. Health and Safety Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries at the time of booking. If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients.
