Every session at Bondi Sports Massage is tailored to your specific condition, training load, and goals. We combine Sports and Remedial Massage techniques and, when clinically appropriate, may include dry needling, cupping, taping, or other modalities to ensure the most effective outcome.

Best for one specific tight, painful, or restricted area. Ideal for minor niggles or maintenance between training sessions.

45 Minutes
Suitable for one primary issue with time for additional assessment or complementary techniques.

60 Minutes (Most Popular)
Recommended for most clients. Allows for proper assessment, treatment of multiple areas, and integration of techniques where needed.

90 Minutes
Designed for complex or multiple conditions requiring extended hands-on time and deeper treatment.

120 Minutes
Comprehensive session for chronic presentations, full-body work, or structured rehabilitation cases.
